Barack Obama’s legacy has almost completely crumbled, and now it’s taking its final hit.
Why? Only one reason:
Because Donald Trump is determined to tear it down. Unnecessary environmental and tax regulations? Gone.
Obamacare? On its way down.[contentad widget=”427100″]
Many politicians and citizens say Obama’s pet project is unconstitutional. They want it gone for good, and replaced with common sense.
The good news is that Trump has been working hard, and now the highest court in the land is on deck…

A federal appeals court upheld a lower court’s ruling that a key aspect of the ObamaCare law is unconstitutional — setting up another likely Supreme Court showdown in a presidential election year.

It happened by a 2-1 vote: the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals concluded that the individual mandate is unconstitutional.
Remember that individual mandate? It said we MUST have health insurance. And if we didn’t, we’d pay a tax penalty.
Well, Trump’s Congress said this simply wasn’t fair, and the 5th Circuit Court agrees.
As Judge Reed O’Connor said:
The individual mandate is unconstitutional because it can no longer be read as a tax, and there is no other constitutional provision that justifies this exercise of congressional power.
Bingo!
Yes, looks like the individual mandate is going to stay gone. Now, the bigger question is out:
Should ALL of Obamacare be struck down? Should the “Affordable Care Act” (ACA) disappear entirely?
These are questions other courts will have to answer. And it may all come to ahead in the Supreme Court in 2020.
In my view, there’s no doubt that Obama’s healthcare idea is critically flawed. I mean, it just hasn’t worked.
Not only did it not work – it tried to take away Americans’ Constitutional right. We can’t all ow that.
In conclusion, I’m in favor of the court’s decision and I really hope we can ditch Obama’s system very soon!
