125 grams horseradish

3 lemons

3 tbsp of honey


Put the horseradish in a blender and blend for a minute or two. Then, cut the lemons without peeling them and remove the seeds. Add the chopped pieces to the horseradish. Then, blend once again until you get a homogenous mixture. Afterwards, add the honey and blend once more. Transfer the mixture into a mason jar and store it in the fridge.


Drink one tsp twice per day for a period of 3 weeks.
