What’s Happening:

One thing we can all agree on is this: Trump is still President of the United States. And he will remain at least until January 20, 2021.

And if you know Trump at all, you know he won’t go quietly into the night. He refuses to be a “lame duck” and continues to work for the American people.

Unlike some former presidents, he still is working as fast and hard as possible through the end of the year. And he’s upsetting Democrats with his latest moves.

From Fox News:[contentad widget=”427100″]

The Senate Judiciary Committee will vote Thursday on the nominee to fill the appeals court seat vacated by new Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett as well as voting on whether to send three other lower trial court nominees to the Senate floor…

Democrats, as usual, are now happy that Trump continues to appoint new judges to fill court vacancies.

These days, they are claiming Trump shouldn’t be doing it because Biden “won.” But before the election, they said he should wait until after it.

Long before that, they had a laundry list of reasons why he shouldn’t do his constitutional job of picking court appointments.

Listen, it doesn’t matter what Democrats are saying. They are frustrated that Trump has reshaped our federal courts to respect the rule of law. A move that will be felt for decades to come.

For a long time, Democrats used the courts to push their radical agenda. They know plenty of their ideas aren’t popular with Americans (like abortion, government-run healthcare, open borders, etc.). So, they’ve relied on the courts to make it happen, the will of the people be damned.

But thanks to Trump, many formerly activist courts are now balanced. Other courts have strong conservative majorities, including the Supreme Court and the formerly liberal 9th Circuit.

And even now, instead of curling up and going home, Trump is adding new judges to court vacancies.

That means, even if Biden gets the White House, the puppet masters that may be controlling him won’t be able to ram a radical agenda onto the country. Republicans can (and will) challenge socialist policies in the courts and will win.

It’s eating Democrats up inside to watch this happen. They really think they’ve won the day. But every time they turn around, Trump finds a way to spoil their party.

Key Takeaways:

  • Trump continues to appoint new judges, despite the “results” of the election.
  • Democrats complain, saying Biden should be allowed to do it in January.
  • Trump has reshaped the courts, depriving Democrats of a way to force their agenda.
