The DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office has filed felony election fraud charges against five individuals in connection with the 2020 general election.

According to the Illinois state’s attorney’s office, all five individuals are facing one felony charge of perjury in connection to the election code.

According to prosecutors, three of the individuals are accused of trying to cast a ballot for someone other than themselves.

Two other individuals, both of whom reside in Austin, Texas, claimed to have lived in a DuPage County address for thirty or more days prior to the general election, but investigators determined that they had lied about their residency in order to vote.

“In three cases, the defendants tried to cast a ballot for someone other than themselves, according to a statement from the state’s attorney’s office. In two others, the defendants claimed they lived in DuPage County for 30 days prior to the election when in fact they lived elsewhere, prosecutors said,” local news reported.

“The charges include counts of forgery and perjury in election code, all class three felonies. A judge on Tuesday signed arrest warrants for the five defendants, each with a $1,000 bail,” the report added.

In 2016, the county went 53.1 percent for Hillary Clinton and 38.6 for Donald Trump, and in 2020, similarly went 58 percent for Joe Biden and 39.9 percent for Donald Trump.

A judge on Tuesday signed arrest warrants for the five suspects, and each person’s bail was set for $1,000.

This is the second major case involving voter fraud.

A justice of the peace and three others in Texas were arrested and face 150 charges of voter fraud.

Medina County Justice of the Peace Tomas Ramirez was arrested last month and is facing one count of organized election fraud, one count of assisting voter voting ballot by mail, and 17 counts of unlawful possession of a ballot or ballot envelope.

“I was stunned by the allegations because there is absolutely no truth to them. I have spent the last 27 years building my law practice and serving in this community which has created my reputation for fairness, sincerity, and integrity. … For people who know me, these allegations are absurd. To those who don’t, it provides reason to sneer and hate,” Ramirez said of the charges.

Ramirez was arrested after a Bandera Grand Jury indicted him, Leonor Rivas Garza, Eva Ann Martinez, and Mary Balderrama on Feb. 9.

Garza, Martinez, and Balderrama each face one charge of organized election fraud, as well as multiple counts of illegal voting, unlawful possession of a ballot or ballot envelope, election fraud, and other charges.

Ramirez was elected to serve as a justice of the peace in Medina County in 2018. He has since been suspended from the position in light of the charges.

Trump responded with:
“There is strength in unity and America is a great example of it to the countries across the world. In the need of the hour, each patriot has sacrificed their needs to help out a fellow citizen.”

However, hope can be lost in the darkest times, and the American people need something to unify them in such times of adversity. The fight is not over yet, says President Trump.

This coin is a medium through which all citizens can be reminded that there is light at the end of the tunnel and America under the competent leadership of Donald Trump, there is no challenge America cannot overcome.

President Trump’s victory coin is unsurprisingly on course to become the most popular Presidential coin in the history of our great country, and the liberals just can’t deal with this.

The President is now calling on his loyal supporters to aid him in the battle against the dangerous democrat party. He needs all of us to show our support for the movement that is making America great again.

So he’s giving away a limited number of his exclusive victory coin for FREE, but not for long.

As you can imagine, these coins are hot property and it’s impossible to know how many are left. So you need to act fast.
