Wisconsin Supreme Court CRUSHES Liberals – They Never Saw This Massive Defeat Coming

What’s Happening:

The U.S. Supreme Court, after botching the 2020 Election, is finally delivering for Americans.

They have delivered a few crucial decisions recently that have defended our liberties and pushed back the left’s radical agenda.

And it seems like their wisdom is trickling down to other courts, especially in key swing states.

Liberals probably thought they could keep pushing their abusive restrictions. But they instead just received a big loss.

In a rebuke to Democratic Gov. Tony Evers, the Wisconsin Supreme Court has ruled that he exceeded his authority when he imposed capacity limits on restaurants, bars and other businesses last fall without the approval of the state’s GOP-controlled Legislature.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court knocked down the governor’s capacity limits on restaurants and businesses. They rebuked the governor, saying he should have gone through the legislature.

The state’s body of lawmakers is run by Republicans, so it would have been unlikely the governor would have been able to keep those restrictions in place for very long.

I think it’s safe to say most Americans are done with bogus restrictions that destroyed businesses and made life miserable.

(Not forgetting we’ve seen little data from scientists that prove lockdowns and other restrictions did anything to help.)

We’re far past the time when these restrictions should have been lifted. But in many states, Democrat governors wield their power like drunken tyrants.

At least in the state of Wisconsin, the Supreme Court ruled the governor did not have the power to impose these restrictions in the first place.

Better late than never, I guess.

This has been one of many, many, court battles where judges overruled lockdowns and capacity limits.

So, when are we going to have a ruling that ends all lockdowns, once and for all?

When will our courts finally stick up for Americans, instead of power-hungry governors?

However, hope can be lost in the darkest times, and the American people need something to unify them in such times of adversity. The fight is not over yet, says President Trump.
