If you start consuming more fiber suddenly you can make the problem worse. There are great numbers of foods rich in fiber which tastes deliciously. You can also start consuming whole grain bread instead of white one, prepare smoothies and consume berries.
3. You’re too stressed.
Itis scientifically proven that stress can make you feel bloated. Our brain prevents the proper digestive function when we are under stress. Together with constipation and stomachache you can also feel bloated. So get rid of stress.

4. You’re eating too fast.
Try to drink and eat more slowly if you feel bloated. Spend more time in chewing your food. If you don’t chew your food long enough you may have problem with digestion. So take small bites and chew them slowly.
5. You’re not drinking enough water.
If you don’t drink enough water, it can cause numerous health problems. Try to have bottle of water near you–at home and work.
Dehydration is mostly caused by sugar, alcohol and coffee. If you are one of those people who consume these beverages most of the time it is very likely you are dehydrated. Six to eight glasses of water a day are recommended.
When you don’t drink proper amount of water your body uses the fluids it contains. Fluid retention causes to feel bloated. So drink enough water if you want to avoid this condition.
