The past few months have been difficult for both Republicans and Democrats. A highly controversial election led to protests during the first part of 2021, and as we all know, it boiled over.

And just days after the January 6 uprising at the Capitol, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had a phone call about an “unstable” Donald Trump.

But she probably never expected to be sued for that call.

Democrats were quick to accuse then-President Trump of inciting the riots. And on January 8, Pelosi went a step further and called U.S. Army Gen. Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Not long after, Pelosi explained the purpose of that call in a letter to Democrats. It read in part:

This morning, I spoke to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike.

The situation of this unhinged President could not be more dangerous, and we must do everything that we can to protect the American people from his unbalanced assault on our country and our democracy.

She later referred to the 25th Amendment, which would allow the Vice President and most of the Cabinet to remove Trump for “danger he still poses.”

However, watchdog group Judicial Watch believes Pelosi overstepped.

In fact, they’ve hit her with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, and it’s a very serious matter. The group absolutely demands answers.

From Fox News:

…Judicial Watch announced its legal action this week, saying the call between the House speaker and the nation’s top military officer – regarding the powers of a sitting president – set a ‘dangerous precedent’ that could affect future presidencies.

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in a statement that Pelosi’s discussion with Milley was concerning.

He believes it “could undermine the president’s role as commander-in-chief and the separation of powers.” And he added that the lawsuit hopes to discover the truth about the phone call.

The suit demands access to “any and all records” of the conversation, along with any other records of communication between the two dating from November 1, 2020.

Nobody knows if Trump was ever denied access to nuclear launch codes. But Democrats routinely accused the former POTUS of being “unfit.”

We’ll have to see what this lawsuit turns up, but one thing is certain: Nancy Pelosi will have to answer some tough questions.

As for Donald Trump, it’ll be interesting to hear if he has a response to all this. After all, he’s been quite vocal about Democrat accusations in the past.

Trump responded with:
“There is strength in unity and America is a great example of it to the countries across the world. In the need of the hour, each patriot has sacrificed their needs to help out a fellow citizen.”

However, hope can be lost in the darkest times, and the American people need something to unify them in such times of adversity. The fight is not over yet, says President Trump.

President Trump’s victory coin is unsurprisingly on course to become the most popular Presidential coin in the history of our great country, and the liberals just can’t deal with this.

The President is now calling on his loyal supporters to aid him in the battle against the dangerous democrat party. He needs all of us to show our support for the movement that is making America great again.

So he’s giving away a limited number of his exclusive victory coin for FREE, but not for long.

As you can imagine, these coins are hot property and it’s impossible to know how many are left. So you need to act fast.
