What’s Happening:
Many Americans question how the media reacted to the events of January 6. After months of upheaval in blue cities, suddenly the MSM cares about “unrest.”
It seems like they aren’t satisfied with law and order bringing those who committed crimes to justice. They seem to not be satisfied with Democrats in power in D.C.
No, it seems they want blood. Congressmen called on Pence to remove Trump via the 25th Amendment, despite the fact his administration will end on January 20.
Obama and other liberals blamed conservative media—and are trying to silence them. Worst of all, it seems the establishment media is calling to end the movement that propelled Trump into office in the first place.

An ABC News article calling for the “cleansing” of the movement of President Trump’s supporters was stealth-edited after critics questioned the charged word.
“Even aside from impeachment and 25th Amendment talk, Trump will be an ex-president in 13 days,” ABC’s Rick Klein and Mary Alice Parks wrote for The Note on Thursday. “The fact is that getting rid of Trump is the easy part. Cleansing the movement he commands, or getting rid of what he represents to so many Americans, is going to be something else.”
The ABC article was quickly edited to say “cleaning up the movement.” But that makes it no less disturbing.
The language harkens back to Germany in the 1930s—or any era where power-hungry parties went after their rivals.
Democrats aren’t happy that Trump is leaving office. They want to stamp out the movement they claimed he started. As if Americans didn’t want leaders to put the country first, before Trump.
What this article writer is saying, echoed by others on the left, is that they want to end the sentiment that Americans should have leaders that care about their needs.
That Americans should push back against elitists and their agenda. That Americans should question their leaders and demand transparency.
The left knows that this was never about Trump, but about the American people refusing to bow to the radical left.
In two years’ time, they have to fight for power again. And the “movement” Trump started won’t forget 2020. Liberals fear losing power in the House and Senate—and they know Biden might not win 2024.
So, they are using horrible language, hoping—it seems—to intimidate and discourage Americans from speaking out.
But something tells me they are going to lose.
