Losing weight is not as simple as choosing a diet – the diet needs to be suited to your needs, or it won’t help you in any way. There are a lot of diets online that promise incredible results, but they are often ineffective and even harmful. However, there’s one diet that can help you lose up to 10 kg. in only a week!

This diet has been invented by a well-known European cardiologist. It has been perfectly created not to put too much strain on the body. Of course, it won’t work completely on its own – it must be paired with at least 30 minutes of exercise a day in order to be effective. Here’s how the diet plan looks like:

The breakfast is the same for every day and consists of 1 piece of your favorite fruit – it can be anything except grapes or bananas.

Day 1

Lunch: 1 orange, 200 ml. of yogurt, 1 egg

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 2 pieces of toast, ½ a cucumber or a small bowl of lettuce, 2 tomatoes

Day 2

Lunch: 1 orange, a cup of yogurt, 1 boiled egg

Dinner: a piece of toast, 125 gr. of red meat, a cup of tea or coffee with no sugar, 1 orange

Day 3

Lunch: 1 cucumber, 1 orange, 1 boiled egg

Dinner: 125 gr. of cooked red meat, 1 orange, a piece of toast, a cup of coffee or tea with no sugar

Day 4

Lunch: a piece of toast, 1 orange, 125 gr. of cottage cheese

Dinner: the same as day 3

Day 5

Lunch: a piece of toast, 200 gr. of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato

Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked carrots, potatoes and peas

Follow the diet strictly for 5 days, then take a 2 day break and continue. The vegetables should be cooked without salt, and alcohol is strictly forbidden for the duration of the diet. People suffering from heart problems are advised to consult with a doctor before starting the diet.
