Change in the color of the tongue or tissue deposits on some parts will tell you the condition of your body, where they accumulate toxins and you have to pay attention.

Healthy tongue has the following characteristics:

Color – pink in color, with no dark or pale areas. This color indicates a healthy blood supply.

Shape – elastic, supple tongue. Its surface is smooth, not cracked, swollen or thinned. (Changes – tongue that trembles, which is flabby or too strong points to problems in the body.)

What to pay attention from?

1. Deposits in the back of the tongue

They are located close to the roots of the tongue. Sign of the problems with digestion and point to toxins or parasites that have accumulated in the intestine.

2. Deposits on the edges of the tongue with root

Sign of the toxins and overload of the kidneys and may indicate the beginning of a serious illness. In addition to the white, deposits can be darker, brown or very bright colors.

3. “Blank” heart tongue, surrounded by limestone or red spots

The center tongue is red, surrounded by limestone, sometimes with a small dimple in this area.

This area indicates the sensitive heart, in both senses. In the physical sense, a sign of overloading the body with toxins in the bloodstream and throughout the body.

In a spiritual sense, a sign of unresolved grief, despair and depression that manifests in the entire body.

4. Reddish stains on the edges, with the tip of the tongue

Indicates problems with the lungs and difficulty breathing. This could be a sign of the beginning of the depression.

5. White or brownish spots on the edges of the tongue, at the top

Sign of the problems with the lungs, which are blocked by limestone secretions, diseases such as bronchitis.

6. Dark layers with black dots on the edges of the tongue, at the top

Indication of pneumonia and serious problems that need to be addressed immediately.

7. White deposits in the center of the tongue

Indicate the toxins contained in the intestine.
