1.RECIPE TO COMBAT WRINKLES # 1

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Aloe crystal (2 leaves).
  • Cucumber (½ unit).
  • Olive oil and yogurt.

PREPARATION AND USE:

The first that you should do is to extract the crystal from the aloe and chop it into small pieces. Next, peel the cucumber and throw it in a blender along with aloe. Now, you should add some olive oil or yogurt according to your preference. Mix all the ingredients well until you get a consistent, creamy and lump-free substance.

First, clean your face and then apply this mixture with the help of a cotton or brush on the skin.Leave the mask to act all night, and in the morning wash your face  as usual. For best resultsrepeat this process 3 times a week.

2.RECIPE TO COMBAT WRINKLES # 2

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Carrots (2 units).
  • Lemon juice.
  • Yogurt.

PREPARATION AND USE:

First, peel the carrots and chop them into small pieces. Then you should put them in a blender along with the lemon juice and some yogurt. Mix the ingredients well until you get a nice homogenous and creamy substance.

First, clean your face or your hands well and apply the mask and leave it to act for about 30 minutes.  After that e rinse your skin with plenty of water and repeat the process 3 times a week.

3.RECIPE TO COMBAT WRINKLES # 3

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Ground oats (½ cups).
  • Almonds (¼ cup).
  • Sunflower seeds (¼ cup).
  • Olive oil (4 drops).
  • Milk cream.

PREPARATION AND USE:

First, you must put the almonds in the blender and liquefy them until they are undone. Then, peel the sunflower seeds and blend them together with the almonds. When everything is well ground, add the oats and olive oil and mix all the ingredients well.

Apply this mask on your face or hands every day and let it act for 30 minutes.After that wash you skin as usual with plenty of water!
