1. Turmeric Juice Shot

- Half a lemon
You should juice the turmeric and lemon then add the salt. Your drink is ready!
2. Golden Milk
If you want to make it more quickly just mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and warm coconut milk. But, if you have enough time, you can try this:
- 1 cup of Almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated or turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated or ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- A dash of cardamom
- A dash of cinnamon
- A dash of clove
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
You need to simmer all the ingredients for 1 minute.
3. Turmeric Tea
Chop some turmeric and put it in a tea maker. But, there is another way of preparation of your tea.
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated turmeric Raw honey
- Black pepper
- 1 cup of Hot water
- Little lime
Boil the water, add the turmeric and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then, strain it and add the other ingredients. Enjoy your tea!
4. Turmeric Scramble
Just put some turmeric on your eggs for breakfast
5. Turmeric Soup
- 4 cups of organic bone broth or veggie
- 1 knuckle of chopped or grated turmeric
Simmer the turmeric and broth for 15 minutes and strain it. Then, you can add some black pepper.
6. Turmeric Smoothie
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1 and a half cup of frozen mango or pineapple
- One half Almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon fresh or powdered turmeric
- 1 teaspoon hemp seed hearts
- 1 teaspoon maca root
- A dash of black pepper
Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend them well!
7. Turmeric Kefir
Just add 1 teaspoon of turmeric into your kefir.
