- 1 cup of Almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated or turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated or ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- A dash of cardamom
- A dash of cinnamon

- 2 teaspoons raw honey
Directions:
You need to simmer all the ingredients for 1 minute.
3. Turmeric Tea

- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated turmeric Raw honey

- 4 cups of organic bone broth or veggie

6. Turmeric Smoothie
Needed Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1 and a half cup of frozen mango or pineapple
- One half Almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon fresh or powdered turmeric
- 1 teaspoon hemp seed hearts
- 1 teaspoon maca root
- A dash of black pepper
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend them well!
7. Turmeric Kefir
