Amazing Ginger Detox Bath

Needed Ingredients:

  • ½ cup ground ginger
  • 1 c. Epsom salt
  • 1 tbsp. freshly ground ginger
  • A few drops of ginger essential oil

Directions:

Add all the ingredients in a tub filled with hot water. If you want you can also use fresh grated ginger or ginger powder. Soak for a while, 15-20 minutes.

Note: After the detox bath, it is recommended to drink plenty of water!
