1. Mint Bath

Needed Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 4 cups water


Put the mint leaves and the water in a pot, place it on the heat and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then, remove from the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes as well. You should pour the water in a bucket and soak your feet for 30 minutes.

2. Tonic Water Bath

Maybe this sounds unbelievable, but tonic water can be significantly effective in the case of swollen feet and ankles.

You should soak your feet in a room temperature tonic water (or cold if you prefer) for 30 minutes. The bubbles and the quinine will extremely help you in reducing the inflammation.
