3-day military diet ( 3-day diet ) is one of the most effective diets for losing weight in a short time. In fact, you just need to eat what is listed. This diet is tested on many people who lost weight and also got in a quick shape.
So, 3-day military diet can be repeated after the fourth day. But also, exercise is necessary.

- 2 pieces of meat ( any kind ) about 3 ounce

Breakfast:
- 1 egg
- 1 piece toast
- half banana
Lunch:
- 1 cup cottage cheese or just a piece of cheddar cheese
- 1 boiled egg
- 5 crackers
Dinner:
- 2 hot dogs
- 1 broccoli
- a half cup of carrots
- half banana
- Cup of ice cream ( it is better if it is vanilla ice cream too )
#Day 3
Breakfast:
- 5 soda crackers
- 1 piece cheddar cheese
- 1 apple
Lunch:
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 piece toast
Dinner:
- 1 cup tuna
- half banana too
- 1 cup ice cream ( also it is better if it is vanilla ice cream)
After the third day of the diet, as a result, you will lose 10 pounds. Also, after the third day, you can eat your usual meal but, do not go too far. Then, go back on the 3-day military diet. If you do this for many weeks, you will lose not less than 40 pounds (18 kg) in a month. But only if you follow this diet correctly. In fact, It is an entirely healthy and safe diet.
You should walk for 30 minutes a day too. And also, you need to remember not to eat between meals.
