You can make bigger amounts of the paste for a longer period and freeze it. This will preserve it for about 40 days, but if you don’t plan to freeze it, keep it in the fridge for up to a week. When using it, always add a teaspoon of the paste per a cup of milk along with some honey.

The golden milk should be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach and again before going to bed. It should be taken for 40 days 2 times a year for best results.
