Many skin issues that happen to us are mostly caused by hormonal imbalances, aging, and breakouts. A lot of people that have skin problems usually rely on commercial cosmetic products. These are usually very expensive and they do not provide the best results. What is more, they are full of compounds that can harm your health. Thus, we are here to present you a couple of natural remedies that can help you get rid of blackheads, skin tags, warts, moles, and spots.

How to Solve Skin Problems Naturally

1. Moles

The moles can appear in children and adults. They are groupings of skin pigmentation cells called melanocytes and they are the consequence of sun exposure or genetics. You can remove these in many different ways.

Garlic

You can use garlic extract or just garlic to eliminate them. Before you apply it, you need to protect the skin around the mole with masking tape or petroleum jelly. Then, apply the garlic extract or pressed garlic to the mole, cover the area with a bandage and leave it for a couple of hours. You need to do this every day.

Castor Oil and Baking Soda

Just mix castor oil and baking soda in a gummy paste and apply on the mole. Cover the area with a bandage and leave it overnight. Remove the bandage in the morning and rinse the area. Do this every night.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Soak a cotton ball in ACV and apply on the mole. Just put a bandage or medical tape over and leave it to act for a few hours. The mole will fall off.

2. Warts

The main cause for these is human papilloma virus of HPV and they are manifested by small bumps on the skin or mucous membranes. These are treated with salicylic acid or freezing. Let’s see how you can fix this problem.

Bananas

Rub the wart with a banana peel every night. Do this procedure for two weeks and they will disappear.

Pure Raw Honey

Rub some honey on the wart at night and wrap with a bandage. You will be able to remove it without a problem.

Baking Soda

Baking soda has potent anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties and can effectively prevent viruses responsible for warts. Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with white vinegar and apply the paste directly on your warts.

Repeat this procedure two times a day. You can also mix baking soda and Castor oil. Apply the paste on the wart and secure it with a bandage.

Let it stand overnight. In the morning, rinse with water. It is recommended to repeat this procedure until your warts fall off.

3. Skin Tags

Skin tags are skin growths that stick out from the surface of the skin and they appear in the neck, upper chest, underarms, and eyelids. Their appearance is due to skin rubbing against skin. You can get rid of them by tying off, cutting off and freezing. However, you can also use the following natural remedies.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and squeeze it to remove excess. Then, dab the skin tag with ACV and leave it on the place as long as you want. You will see that in a couple of days the skin tag will become darker and it will fall off.

Iodine

If you apply iodine topically, it can eliminate the skin tags. Just do it directly. However, first apply coconut oil and then soak a cotton ball in iodine and apply on the tags. Repeat this procedure two times daily.

Tea Tree Oil

This one comes from tea tree from the leaves and you can find it in Australia and Asia. The leaves will offer disinfectant and antiseptic properties and they are used for treating skin problems, cuts, and insect bites. Just apply a cotton ball in this oil on the affected area and leave for a couple of hours. Do it three times a day and it should work.

4. Dark Spots

Dark spots, or age spots, are discolored patches on the skin on the face, hands, and forearms. They happen due to sun exposure and aging liver. This is what you can use for them.

Lemon

Just soak one cotton ball in lemon juice and rub it on the dark spot twice a day.

Aloe Vera

Just put some fresh Aloe Vera on the dark spot and leave it for 30 minutes. Use the inner gel of the fresh aloe plant.

5. Clogged Pores

These are caused by buildup on the skin, which makes the skin bumpy. They destroy the smooth appearance and have to be removed. Let’s see how.

Sugar Scrub

Use sugar and lemon to make a paste. Rub it with an organic cotton washcloth on the area in a circular motion. When finished, wash the face and rinse with water.

Steaming

Wash the face and then place it over a pot with boiled water. Then, cover your head with a towel so that you can get as much steam as you possibly can. Stay like this for 10-15 minutes and then wash the face and rinse a couple of times with water. Then, apply some ACV to clean extra debris.

Baking Soda

Baking soda can exfoliate the skin and cleanse the pores. Just mix one teaspoon of water with baking soda. Apply the paste on the face with circular movements. Let it stand like this for 5 minutes and rinse with water. Do this procedure once a week for best results

6. Acne and Pimples

Acne is the most common skin problem. You can treat it in many different ways.

Baking Soda

Mix the soda with water and apply the paste on the face for 20 minutes. Then, rinse with lukewarm water.  Moreover, you can mix oatmeal and water as well and apply on the face and wash off.

Cucumber Juice

If you mix cucumber juice with tomato pulp, it will clean the pores and prevent acne and pimple. Apply the mixture on the face and leave it to act for 15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.
